We are Houstonians
Unlike a lot of the house buying companies you may see, we are actually from Houston and live here full time. We are not a giant hedge fund, but rather a small group of experienced investors.
Our focus is on helping our neighbors with their housing problems as well as renovating houses and neighborhoods where we live and work to make Houston a better place.
Everything we do is driven by our goal of helping our friends and neighbors with their housing problems in the best way possible.

This is our business, not a side-hustle or weekend gig. We did not start doing this after watching HGTV one evening or taking a course from a slick guru. Our team actually puts in the time to understand and analyze the current market and then creates solutions to help our fellow Houstonians that need to sell a property quickly and for the best price possible.
We Are Real People
Almost all of the ads you hear on the radio or see on billboards are giant hedge funds or technology companies trying to capitalize on your situation. These iBuyers, as they are often called, have a very specific formula and they do not deviate, which means they have less flexibility.
We are a small team of investors using our own money to help our neighbors who need to get out of a house for the most money with the least amount of hassle.
